 You have the right to a refund of such products within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods).

 Visit Derry is not responsible for products which are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed after receipt. Refunds cannot be authorised in such cases. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition they were sent out at your own expense, only when the product has been received at the Visitor Information Centre will you be refunded for the cost of the product. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you in your email confirmation. We can offer proof of postage and tracking information for an additional cost, upon request. In the event of a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, we thank you for your patience.
