• Ireland - Royal Mail International Standard
  

At present, we only ship to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. We are unable to ship to destinations outside of these areas.

• Orders placed with Visit Derry Shop are dispatched via Royal Mail. Whilst we aim to deliver as swiftly as possible, outside factors may cause delays. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the delivery of your order.
• Whilst current stock levels should be accurate on the website, should one or more products not be available, you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
• Please contact us immediately by email at shop@visitderry.com if there is an issue with your order. Please include your Order ID in the email, so that we can access your order details.
