Shipping policy

DELIVERY METHODS:

  • UK - Royal Mail 48-hour service.
  • ROI - Royal Mail International Standard service.
  • EUROPE - Royal Mail International Tracked service. This offers full end to end tracking with online confirmation of delivery.
  • USA/CANADA - Royal Mail International Tracked service. This offers full end to end tracking with online confirmation of delivery.
  • AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND - Royal Mail International Tracked service. This offers full end to end tracking with online confirmation of delivery.

At present, we do not offer shipping to other destinations outside of the above. However, if you would like to send us an email to shop@visitderry.com we will see if we can accommodate your order.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Orders placed with Visit Derry Shop are dispatched via Royal Mail. Whilst we aim to deliver in the UK within 5 working days, this is not always the case due to postal strikes and busier shopping periods (including sale). Occasionally, tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather, times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
  • International Orders are always sent DDU - Delivery Duties Unpaid. This means, depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay additional costs before your order can be delivered.
  • Overseas deliveries will vary according to location, and we will contact you with an approximate delivery date once your order has been placed.
  • Whilst current stock levels should be accurate on the website, should one or more products not be available you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
  • Please contact us immediately by email shop@visitderry.com if the incorrect product has been delivered. Please include your Order ID in the email, so that we can access your order details. The product will be exchanged for the correct goods if they are available.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:
